Acai Breakfast Bowls

Hey, friends!

I'm usually not a breakfast person but every once in a while I crave something fresh and fruity in the morning. I try to eat as much fruit as possible because I have the WORST sweet tooth. I could literally survive off ice cream and sour candy. These bowls are a great sweet tooth cure!! I like to include protein powder because it helps me to stay full longer. If not, I would be hungry an hour later. ;)

Mix in blender:

2 peaches

1/4 cup of almond milk

1/2 cup of frozen strawberries

1/2 cup of frozen mango bits

1/2 cup of blueberries

1/2 banana

1 scoop of Tropeaka Vanilla Protein powder

1 spoonful of Gojiberry powder

1 spoonful of Cacao powder

1 tsp of coconut oil

1 packet of acai puree


Coconut flakes

Chia seeds

Agave nectar


I usually don't like coconut flakes but they added a nice crunch to the bowl. 

I just started using this protein and it is so delicious. It's a plant-based protein and you can order it online at Tropeaka. I definitely want to try making pankcakes with it sometime soon.

These acai puree packets are from Target but you can also get them at Trader Joe's. 

Here are the finished acai bowls! Pretty proud that I made them look so pretty. ;)
